Admission Withdrawals

A. Under the following categories pupil may be required to be withdrawn from the school.

• Those who fail to satisfactory progress and are unwilling or unable to profit educational programme of the school.
• Those whose fees are in arrears.
• Those whose behavior and conduct in the opinion of the principal, is harmful to the interest of the school.
• Those who fail twice in the same class and are below average.

B. In case parents want to withdraw their ward.

• A written application by Parents/Guardian should be submitted for procuring school Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate.
• A separate return application should be submitted to claim caution money. (if any)

Dismissals

• Irregular attendance, unjustified or un explainable absence for more than seven days, habitual idleness, disobedience or objectionable moral influence, justifies dismissal.
• Students are answerable to the school authority for their conduct in an outside (Public place) the school.
• The principal reserves the right to dismiss those pupil whose progress is found unsatisfactory, the attendance is irregular, the attitude or behavior is indecent and is jeopardize to the school or fees is not paid as per the norms of the school.
• Pathetic performance of any student for two subsequent years confers the right on the Principal to strike off his/her name from the school record.
• Absence from the school for more than 7 days without any prior intimation to the school authority, in written.
