Recommendation to Guardian

• See your ward has proper haircut, right color of shoes, neat and clean uniform and that he/she observes strict punctuality to attend the morning assembly and the classes.
• See that your ward has prescribed set of text book/exercise books and stationery items as per the school book list.
• See that your ward makes concentrated efforts to make up the deficiency in weak subjects.
• Encourage your ward to take adequate interest in games, public speaking and other co-curricular activities provided in the school.
• Encourage and plan your ward’s future education beyond the school in good time.


• Parents are not allowed to see their ward or teacher during teaching hours. ‘IN NO CASE’ one should go to class directly when the class is going on.
• Parents are welcomed to visit the school to discuss their ward’s progress on Parent’s-Teacher’s meeting day.
• Neat and clean students will be conferred with prize.
• Leave for half day should not be asked for security reasons. IN emergency, written permission must be taken from the Principal & the class teacher & the bus incharge must be duly informed.
• Don’t send your ward to school if he/she is unwell.

Request to Parents / Guardians

• Change in Residential Address or Telephone Number should be intimated to the school for necessary action.
• Should there be any infectious disease in your home, please report the fact to the principal at once and do not send your ward to school till the danger of infection has passed.
• As the medium of instruction is English, the children should be helped to a certain amount of regular conversation in this language at home.
• Parents are to contact only the Principal and not to go directly to the classes for any reason whatsoever.
• Parents and Guardians are requested to read and explain the school rules to their ward.
